Antwerp, where people meet

A site next to the Central Station of Antwerp ( Belgium) and the Stadspark of about 100 by 200 meter with mainly high built offices on the North side and only dwellings with local shops on the South side of the plot. The neighborhood (Diamantwijk) is focused on it's privacy at the moment and has no public places or something in between like an intermediate space.

A place where a mixed-use of dwellings, offices and local shops are situated. New buildings rise from 3 floors on the South side till a huge tower of 26 floors on the North side of the plot. To reach the large square in the middle of the plot, it's possible to enter it from the Central Station while going through some interesting intermediate spaces, not strictly public or private, but both simultaneously.
