In 2016 49.2% of the people in the Netherlands older than 18 was overweight. That can be seen as a problem. We live a faster life compared to the older days and this coincides with the fact that more often we quickly eat something on the way to our next appointment. Around 1 million of these people take the train every day. Here lies the big problem in our opinion. Everyone knows the infamous "Smullers" or the kebab shop, but there are no healthy options so far at train stations that are quick too.
People are more and more aware of what they eat and a healthy lifestyle fits most. What we propose is The SALAD Industry! A concept based on fast-food chains but only with healthy salads. You can create your very own salad with your own dressing and ingredients. Add some bread or healthy soup and you have a very healthy meal in a few minutes
